Open the Xbox Console Companion or Xbox Live App on your device.You can see this by clicking on your profile. If you are signed in, click the settings wheel on the left-hand side and then 'Sign out'.Ensure you are signed in via the app with the same account that purchased Premium. Verify that it is signed into the same account that purchased Premium.Restart your device from the power menu.
